A victim of acid attack receives an additional transfusion. Acid attack is a vicious but not illegal assault in this post conflict country where victimization is all too common. While acid attack isn't reported with much vigor, health care workers estimate a rather high frequency, even citing an estimated per-capita average higher than Bangladesh, the poster-child country for acid attack.
